Madrid, December 22^nd 2025: EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) announces the expected dates for the following 2026 corporate events: 

• 2025 Annual results: February 25^th, 2026
• Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting: April 13^th, 2026
• First Quarter 2026 results: May 6^th, 2026
• First Half 2026 results: July 29^th, 2026
• Nine Months 2026 results: November 5^th, 2026 

EDPR will inform the market in the case of changes to the dates of the 2026 financial calendar.
