EDPR completes Asset Rotation deal for a 121 MW wind portfolio in France and Belgium
Madrid, September 10th 2025: Following the information released to the market on May 15th 2025, EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR”) is pleased to announce the completion of a Sale and Purchase Agreement with various vehicles managed by Amundi Transition Energétique (“ATE”), to sell 100% of a 121 MW wind portfolio in France and Belgium for an Enterprise Value of €0.20 billion.
The portfolio comprises 12 wind projects, in detail:
- 11 operating wind projects located in France, totalling 111 MW, with average COD in 2020, and;
- 1 operating wind project in Belgium, totalling 11 MW, with COD in 2020.
Including this transaction, EDPR has already secured ~€1.1 billion of the ~€2 billion Asset Rotation proceeds target for 2025.
