Regulated Information Disclosure

Madrid, December 22^nd 2025: EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) hereby informs the market, pursuant to paragraph 5 of Article 29-F of the Portuguese Securities Code (“PSC”), that as from 1 January 2026 it will disclose information to investors, namely the information provided for in Articles 29-G to 29-K of the PSC, exclusively in the English language and, where required by law, in the Spanish language. 

This option granted by the PSC to issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market in Portugal, but for which Portugal is not the home Member State, to disclose such information exclusively in English also covers the information made available to investors through the relevant website.
